EULA JEAN RICHARDSON, 81, of Mt. Vernon passed away Wednesday morning, Dec. 9, 2020 at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro.
She was born in Mt. Vernon, IL on April 8, 1939, the daughter of Royal & Bertha (Willmore) Story.
She married Marvin C. Richardson on June 8, 1958, and he survives.
Mrs. Richardson was an avid bowler. She enjoyed reading. She was a member of the Bakerville Free Will Baptist Church, and served as Secretary. Mrs. Richardson worked for SSM Health Care for 23 years, retiring at age 77. She never got mad or upset, and always had a smile. She did a lot of volunteer work for 4-H, and for several area Saddle Clubs.

Mrs. Richardson was preceded in death by her Parents, & by a son-in-law: Paul Kendrick.
Funeral services will be held at 4 P.M. SUNDAY, December 13th at the Bakerville Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor David Mishler officiating. Visitation will be after 2 P.M. Sunday at the Church. Private Burial will be on Monday at Mt. Vernon Memorial Gardens in Woodlawn.
We are limited to the number of people in the church at a time. We ask everyone attending to be considerate of others and practice social distancing and masks are recommended.
