Everett G Lewis

Rev. Everett G. Lewis, 88, of Mt. Vernon passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at SSM Health Good Samaritan in Mt. Vernon.
He was born in Bonnie, IL on November 7, 1929, the son of Aud & Sarah Jane (Pitchford) Lewis. He married Jewel Dobbs on June 16, 1962 in Williamson County, IL and she preceded him in death on January 11, 2004.
Mr. Lewis was a retired Carpenter and Bus Driver. He was of the Penecostal Faith.

Son: Lonnie Lewis
Step-Son: Jimmy Elliston
Daughter-in-law: Roseanna Elliston
Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife, 2 Daughters-Rose Lewis & Glenda Hutson, Step-son-Richard Elliston, 2 Brothers-Leonard & Lester and by a Sister-Martha.
There will be No Services held. Mr. Lewis will be buried in the Kirk Cemetery in Ina.
