Janet Fay (Hayes) Wells

Janet Fay (Hayes) Wells, 78, of Ste.Genevieve, MO formerly from Ina, IL passed away peacefully on Thursday Feb 11th 2021 at home surrounded by family. 

 She was born August 23, 1942 in Sullivan IL to James Floyd and Dorothy Elizabeth (King) Hayes. 

She was preceded in death by her infant brother Larry Hayes.

She married Charles Eugene Wells on March 13,1965 who survives. They have 3 children. Son John Wells, Bonne Terre, MO; daughter Cari Wells and husband William Frank II, Wahiawa, HI; 

daughter Vanessa and husband Brian Dixon, Ste.Genevieve, MO. 

 Grandchildren Tabitha and Tom DiMercurio, MaKeisha Wells, Sterling and Jill Wells. Zachary Thacker, Sarah Stinson, Anthony Thacker, Laura and Brad Naylor, Logan Frank, and Alannah Frank. Brandon and Larrea Dixon, Christian and Chilian Dixon, Carissa Dixon and have 14 great grandchildren. 

She is survived by her Aunt Roberta Hayes, cousin Robin Hayes, and Dylan and Ethan Pencakowski.

Sister in-law Louise Wells, and Elanie Wells, and numerous nieces, and nephews whom she loved dearly.

She was a member of Bonnie Church of God.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 20th at the Bonnie Church of God with Pastor Micah Arcuri officiating. Burial will be in the Kirk Cemetery in Ina, IL. Visitation will be from 12:00 P. M. to 1:00 P. M. on Saturday at the church.
