Jeff Tate

Jeff Tate, 57, of Mt. Vernon passed away Saturday evening, August 11, 2018 at the SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.
He was born in Sacramento, CA on August 30, 1960, the son of Jerry & Norma (Morris) Tate.
Mr. Tate had worked at General Tire for several years, at Ewing Grade School, and at Royal Wholesale in Mt. Vernon.

Abigail Tate of Louisville, KY
3 Grandchildren: Jace, Grayson & Stuart
Mother: Norma Tate of Ewing, IL
Sister: Julie Tate of Mt. Vernon, IL
Brother: Jeremy Tate of Ewing, IL
He was preceded in death by his Father.
Memorial services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Saturday, August 18th at the Johnston Funeral Home in Ina with Randy Sells officiating. Visitation will be after 1:30 P.M. on Saturday at the funeral home.
