Mary Letta (Brown) Myers

Mary Letta Myers, 92, of Mt. Vernon passed away on Saturday afternoon May 2, 2026 at Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor.

She was born in Pleasant Plains, IL on January 18, 1934 the daughter of Cecil Lee & Vera Letta (Floyd) Brown.

She loved her kids & grandkids, her family was her life.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, 1 Son-Larry Williams, 1 Grandson-Randy Mustread, 2 Sisters-Norma Jean & Frances and 2 Brothers-Cecil & Dennis.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 9th at the United Covenant Church in Mt. Vernon with Apostle Henry Dabney & Pastor Jamie Orange officiating. Visitation will be after 12 Noon on Saturday at the church, 743 East Fairfield Road in Mt. Vernon.
