Myra (Lamb) Bevis

Myra Bevis, 95, of Mt. Vernon passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor.
She was born in Ina, IL on February 28, 1925, the daughter of James Wesley & Lillie (Maneese) Lamb.
She married Wilburn Bevis in Cape Girardeau, MO on August 18, 1942 and he preceded her in death on August 26, 1992.
Mrs. Bevis attended the United Methodist Church in Ina.

Several Nieces & Nephews
Mrs. Bevis was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, 1 Sister-Paula Gene Briesacker & 1 Brother-James Lamb.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, September 11th at the Hope Cemetery in Ina with Pastor Kathy Newnam officiating.  Burial will follow. There will be No Visitation those attending the service are requested to meet at the cemetery.
