PHYLLIS L. WILLIAMS, 56, of Mt. Vernon passed away Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born in Mt. Vernon, IL on July 23, 1963, the daughter of Jesse & Helen (Braddy) Keller.

Phyllis is survived by her:

Husband: Andy Williams

Daughter: Amber Williams of Mt. Vernon

Cathy Pilson of Belle Rive

Sharon Adams & husband Lloyd of Bonnie

Sandra Buttrum of Edgewood

Patricia Graham & husband Bob of Lebanon, TN

Several Nieces & Nephews & great nieces & great nephews.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her Parents, by a sister:Alicia Raney, by a brother: Gary Wayne Keller, by brothers-in-law: Steve Pilson, Jerry Buttrum, Claude Peper & Charlie Raney & by grandparents: Otis &

Elva Braddy of Ina & Jess & Mary Oma Keller of Bonnie.

GRAVESIDE Services will be held at 11 A.M. TUESDAY, Nov. 26th at the Kirk Cemetery in Ina with Pastor Micah Arcuri officiating.  Visitation will be after 10 A.M. Tuesday at the cemetery.

The Johnston Funeral Home in Ina is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
