Tom Sweetin

TOM SWEETIN, 87, of Mt. Vernon passed away Friday morning, Nov. 15, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, IN.

He was born in Jefferson County, IL on Sept. 6, 1932, the son of James C. & Flossie (Owens) Sweetin.

Mr. Sweetin was a retired truck driver and operated the Sportsman Club at Miller Lake in Mt. Vernon for several years.

Mr. Sweetin was preceded in death by his Parents, by 7 Brothers-Revis, Raymond, Orvel, John, Wayne, Haden, & Gene & by a Sister-Fern.

Funeral services will be held at 1P.M. WEDNESDAY, Nov. 20th at the Johnston Funeral Home in Ina. Burial will be in the Kirk Cemetery in Ina. Visitation will be after 11 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
