Wilda Jean (Summers) Barnard

WILDA JEAN BARNARD, 88, of Bluford passed away Monday, June 21, 2021 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.

She was born in West Frankfort, IL on January 15, 1933, the daughter of Harold Vernon & Ella Francis (Wright) Summers.

She married Albert Barnard on June 27, 1953, and he preceded her in death on January 7, 2017.

Mrs. Barnard is survived by her:

2 Sons: Keith Barnard & wife Candy of Victorville, CA

              Allen Barnard & wife Kim of Bluford

10 Grandchildren: Korin, Christi, Keith Jr., Kris, Boulder, Jerrod, Katie, Jace, Justin & Kaelynn

6 Great-Grandchildren

1 Great-Great Grandson

1 Sister: Louise Wells of TN

2 Brothers: James Summers & wife Eula of Marion

                     Wayne Summers & wife Barbara of Evansville, IN

Mrs. Barnard was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, 3 Brothers-Dennis, Burl Lee and Vernon, and by a Sister-Gloria Mae.

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 P.M. MONDAY, June 28th at the Johnston Funeral Home in Ina.

There will be a service at 5 P.M. officiated by Pastor Micah Arcuri.
